Aces Warranty

Congratulations on your brand new roof! It has galvanized nails, full synthetic underlayment, and new Certainteed asphalt shingles.

Your warranty for roof water ingress is now in place for 10 years from Aces Roofing, and 40 years from Certainteed on their product.

Please ensure that you have your HVAC, plumbing, and insulation, inspected regularly to avoid mildew or heat transfer in your attic. These are vital other trades that often miss things. We at Aces Roofing have not been in your attic.

A thermal gun can see any heat loss from your home into your attic. This is the number one cause for mould and mildew in attics and a very important part of your home and Roof function.

Aces Roofing will not be held liable for improper insulation thickness or improper hvac or plumbing.

Warning

There will be no warranty on roofing if gutter guards are installed. These can cause water ingress along eaves and with wet and drying conditions create mold, or cause H-clips to pop through shingles, creating leaks. Also it will cause nails to prematurely rust also creating leaks.

A dry attic is a happy attic and adds longevity to your Certainteed roof assembly.
