First steps for a new Torch-on Roof
This is a Tear off and removal of the old tar and gravel roof.
Once the old roof has been removed, we supply and install new 2 ply SBS roof. The first ply is a high performance, composite reinforced base sheet fastened to the deck and the second ply is a 180 gram/meter sq polyester reinforced granular cap sheet fully torched to the base sheet.
